Supporting evidence
Applicants already completing an existing programme of education should answer the questions below in 150 - 250 words. Applicants starting a new programme of study or attending a conference should answer the questions below in up to 400 words.
The quality of your response may influence the amount of funds you are awarded should you be successful and be good enough to include in the next League Journal.

Academic reference
If already on a programme or course this should be from your tutor, or in other circumstances an academic reference MAY be acceptable from your Professional Development Nurse at the Trust.

Professional reference
This should be your line manager.

  • The information provided by me in this form is true and correct. Should anything prove to be incorrect KCHNL reserves the right to withdraw any offer of funding.
  • If I am awarded an educational grant I will provide a short résumé of how I plan to use the funding (length to be agreed at time of award).
  • I will subsequently provide an abstract for publication in the King's College Hospital Nurses' League next annual journal of my research project.
